DISCLAIMER ALL payments are final. Deposit And full payment amounts are non- refundable. However if an order is canceled by the customer prior to the event date and Delivery then you still have access to the in store credit amount up to 1 year from the original rental date. Or as easy as changing the date of the rental within that year period. (These Requests can be made through our office by Contacting (480) 255-5591)

SETUP LOCATION, SITE CONDITIONS & UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
Renter is responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup location for all Equipment. The setup area must be accessible, level, smooth, and free of debris, obstacles, walls, fences, poles, trees, or other conditions that could interfere with the safe installation or operation of the Equipment.
Renter is responsible for confirming, prior to delivery, that the setup area provides sufficient length, width, height, and required clearance for the rented Equipment. If Vendor determines that the Equipment cannot be safely installed due to insufficient space, clearance, access, surface conditions, or other site conditions, the rental is non-refundable.
Renter is responsible for identifying and clearly marking all underground utilities and property systems within the setup area prior to Vendor’s arrival, including but not limited to sprinkler and irrigation lines, electrical lines, plumbing, gas lines, septic systems, and other underground items. Renter authorizes Vendor to use stakes or other anchoring methods necessary to safely secure the Equipment. Vendor shall not be responsible for damage to underground items that were not properly identified and clearly marked by Renter prior to setup.
By providing the setup location, Renter represents that the area is suitable for installation and that Vendor may safely install and secure the Equipment at that location.
