Question: What is included in the price of my inflatable rental?

Answer: Our rental prices include standard setup and removal on real grass with access to power within 75 feet. Additional fees may apply for non-grass setups, longer distances from power source, or no power source (i.e. generator), longer distances from the truck, or special delivery requirements. Please let us know in advance if your setup involves stairs, obstacles, or unusual surfaces so we can plan accordingly.

 

Question: Do you deliver to my area?

We're based here in Gilbert, AZ but we deliver all over Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and beyond! Some locations may require a delivery fee or have a minimum order. For events outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss availability and any additional charges at 480-255-5591.

 

Question: How do I reserve an inflatable?

Answer: You can reserve your rental online at our website A Perfect Party Rental or by calling our office at 480-255-5591. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekends and holidays.

 

Question: Is a deposit required?

Answer: Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation over the Phone. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery. We accept major credit cards, business checks, and cash. To book online it will charge you 100% of the order price to reserve the order.

 

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, business, church, or non-profit checks/purchase orders, money orders, and cash. Please note, personal checks are not accepted.

 

Question: Can I Pay all in cash when you pickup the items after the event?

Answer: No- there must be a credit card on file, but the remaining amount can be paid by cash, But must be in Full Ahead of time to reserve by paying at our office   

 

Question: Can I pick up my rental order myself?

Answer: For some smaller items, like Tables & Chair rentals, Karaoke Machines, Balloons, Concessions... customer pickup is available. Larger items, such as bounce houses, obstacle courses or water slides, require our team for safe transport and setup. Call us to let us know how we can serve you.

 

Question: Can I see the inflatables before I rent?

Answer: Our inflatables are stored rolled up and are not available for viewing or play at our warehouse. However, we often participate in local events and festivals where you can see and experience our products. Join our mailing list for updates on upcoming events.

 

Question: What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Answer: If rain or inclement weather is forecasted (40% chance or higher), you may reschedule your event or receive a credit for a future rental, provided you notify us before delivery. Once we have delivered and set up the equipment, refunds are not available due to weather.

 

Question: What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

Answer: We can set up on grass, artificial turf, dirt, rock, gravel, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Remember additional fees for non-grass setups may apply as we may need to supply additional tarps, sand bags or other items to setup safely and properly

 

Question: Can inflatables be set up indoors?

Answer: Yes, as long as there is sufficient space and ceiling height for the unit.

 

Question: Are you insured?

Answer: Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue requires proof of insurance or to be listed as additionally insured, please let us know at least 10 days in advance. (This can have a cost associated… please contact our office if you need a COI for your event)

 

Question: How do you clean your inflatables?

Answer: All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental using a multi-step process to ensure your safety.

 

Question: How long is the rental period?

Answer: Most rentals are for a 6-hour block. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. Some specialty items may have different rental terms. (however we try to work with you on the party time frames… contact us and we can custom fit your party needs!

 

Question: When will my rental be delivered and picked up?

Answer: We typically deliver between 6:00 am and 30 minutes before your event start time. For park or timed events, we’ll coordinate a specific delivery window with you (and still require a 1 hour delivery window and 30 minutes before your event start time)

 

Question: Do I need to provide anything for setup?

Answer: Please ensure there is at lease a 4 FOOT clear path to the setup location and access to a standard power outlet within 75 feet. If your rental requires water, you’ll need a hose that reaches the setup area.

 

Question: Can adults use the inflatables?

Answer: Some inflatables are designed for children only, while others can accommodate adults. Please check the specifications for your rental or ask our staff for recommendations.

 

Question: Is supervision required?

Answer: Yes, a responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. We can provide attendants for an additional fee if needed.

 

Question: Are there any items not allowed in or around the inflatables?

Answer: Please keep food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, water balloons, fire, and especially silly string away from the inflatables. Silly string can cause permanent damage and will result in a cleaning or replacement fee.

 

Question: What if the inflatable gets damaged during my event?

Answer: We offer an optional damage waiver that covers accidental damage. The waiver does not cover misuse, theft, or missing equipment. You are responsible for any damage not covered by the waiver.

 

Question: Can you set up at parks?

Answer: Yes, we can set up at parks that allow inflatables. Please confirm with the park about their requirements and let us know if you need insurance documentation or a generator (general rule of thumb is that parks do not maintain or guarantee that the power at the ramada will work)

 

Question: What if I don’t rent a generator for the park rental- and then the outlets don’t work the day of the rental?

Answer: We always try to be as prepared as possible.. which is why we highly suggest that if your event has a chance of the outlet not working to rent one of our generators, and generator tent to provide shade in the hot Arizona heat, so it does not overheat.

If the outlets supplied by the park don’t work, we cannot guarantee that we will have one in the trailer that we can provide, or send someone back to the warehouse to grab one. But we always strive to accommodate as best we can in these situations.

 

Question: How far in advance should I book?

Answer: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute reservations are welcome if equipment is available. Some items, like bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, are especially popular especially during peak seasons, and dunking booths and rock climbing walls are limited at festival time, so book as far in advance as possible.

 

Question: Do you offer themed inflatables (princess, superhero, etc.)?

Answer: Yes! We offer a variety of themed inflatables, including popular characters and party styles. Check out our latest themed options.

 

Question: Do you offer water slide rentals year-round?

Answer: Yes, as long as the weather permits! Arizona's warm climate means we can offer water slides most of the year. Safety and weather conditions will always be considered.

 

Question: I am having a big event. How many chairs can I rent?

Answer: We have more than 1,000 chairs available for rent at our warehouse if you'd like to pick-up, and roughly 5,000 more rental chairs off-site available for delivery all around Phoenix and the East Valley.

 

Question: Does the popcorn machine rental come with popcorn and bags?

Answer: Yes, the popcorn machine rental comes with enough supplies to make 50 servings. That includes kernels, butter, seasoning and serving bags. Additional servings are available for additional charge.

 

Question: Do your patio heaters come with full propane tanks?

Answer: Yes, both our umbrella patio heater rentals and our pyramid flame patio heater rentals both come with full 5 gallon propane tanks. Each tank will last for between 4-10 ours of heat depending on the setting you use. If your event is multiple days or longer hours additional tanks are available for additional charge.

 

Question: Does the cotton candy machine rental come with floss sugar?

Answer: Yes, the cotton candy machine rental comes with enough supplies to make 50 servings. That includes enough paper cones and floss sugar to make 50 servings. Additional servings and supplies are available for additional charge. We also have the widest selection of additional cotton candy flavors available for special requests.

 

Question: Does the snow cone machine rental come with syrup?

Answer: Yes, the snow cone machine rental comes with 50 cups and 2 bottles of snow cone syrup, which is enough syrup and cups to make 50 servings. Additional servings and cups are available for additional charge. We also have the widest selection of additional snow cone syrup flavors available for special requests. 

 

Question: What types of events do you provide rentals for?

Answer: We provide rentals for a wide variety of events including birthday parties, weddings, corporate gatherings, school functions, festivals, celebrations of life, funerals, holiday parties, cocktail parties, graduation parties, receptions, backyard barbecues, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and more. Whether your event is big or small, we have products to fit your needs

 

Question: Does the nacho cheese machine rental come with nacho cheese?

Answer: Yes, the nacho cheese machine rental comes with enough supplies to make 75 servings. That includes enough paper nacho trays and nacho cheese to make 75 servings. Additional servings and supplies are available for additional charge.  

 

Question: My wedding needs to be perfect. Can I rent brand new chairs?

Answer: Yes, we strive to have the cleanest and newest chairs for rent anywhere in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and beyond. Our rental chairs are some of the best you will find, and if you absolutely need brand new, never used chair rentals we have you covered too, for an additional charge we can work out together. Question: What size dance floor do I need?

Answer: It depends on how many guests you expect to dance. We have customizable dance floor rentals from 18 dancers all the way up to 72 people dancing at the same time. Our dance floor rentals page has a chart to show you how to rent the right sized dance floor, and how much space that will take.  

 

Question: Can I rent multiple inflatables for one event?

Answer: Definitely! We recommend booking early for multi-unit rentals, especially for school or large group events.

 

Question: Does your rock climbing wall come with attendants?

Answer: Yes. Safety is key, so each rock climbing wall rental comes with 2 professional staff members for setup, safety, and smooth operation.

 

Question: Does your dunk tank come with attendants?

Answer: Our dunk tank rental does not come with any attendants, but we do have trained staff available for an additional charge if you want the extra help.

 

Question: Does your trackless train come with attendants?

Answer: Yes. Our trackless train rental comes with a trained driver.

 

Question: Do you rent for schools, churches, or corporate events?

Answer: Yes! We specialize in events of all sizes, including schools, churches, HOA gatherings, corporate team-building, and community festivals. Ask us about special rates and setups for large events.
