Q Can I get volume discounts on large orders?
A Yes, call for details, or use one of our package deals found in the "Specials" page.
Q What are your hours of delivery?
A We delivery from 9:00am - 8:00pm. If you need delivery before or after these hours, please call before ordering to check for availability and additional fees for after hours delivery and/or pick up.
Q Is there a delivery charge?
A Delivery charges depend on your location and size of the order. Not all deliveries are charged a fee. There is no delivery charge if within 15 miles of our warehouse location in Mesa. Please call us to determine what the delivery charge might be.
Q What areas do you make deliveries to?
A We deliver to all areas throughout the valley. In some cases a delivery charge or mandatory order size might be required for long distance travel. Please call us for details.
Q Do you have generators for locations without electricity?
A Yes, we have generators. Please check our "For Rent" page for pricing.
Q What if we wish to add more equipment or change an order after hours?
A All orders can be changed, but are subject to additional delivery fees if applicable.
Q Do you set up the equipment?
A We do setup all our equipment, and we instruct the customer on how to use it properly.
Q Do you rent tents?
A Yes, we have tents. Please check our "For Rent" page for pricing the types.
Q How many hours will a mushroom heater run?
A A mushroom heater will run anywhere from 5 to 8 hours depending on how high or low you set the temperature.
Q Are we required to clean the rental equipment before returning it?
A All equipment rented from A Perfect Party Rental is cleaned by us. You are not required to clean the equipment.
Q Do the food & concession rentals come with supplies?
A The food and concession equipment come with a set amount of supplies as indicated on our "For Rent" product details page. If you need additional supplies, they are available for an additional charge.
Q What if I order a bouncer and it doesn't fit at my event?
A We offer different sizes of jumpers. Please review the product details page of each jumper to determine if it will fit in your yard. We will do our best to fit it in your preferred location.
Q What do I do if one of my rentals fails to work during the event?
A Call us immediately. We will replace the defective rental in a timely manner.
Q How much notice do I need to give to cancel my order?
A Please review our Cancellation Policy.
Q What if my event is canceled do to weather?
A Typically we call to confirm the reservation. If weather is a factor, and you do not hear from us, please call us to inform us of your party change.
Q What if my event goes longer than planned and I need the rental equipment for longer?
A It depends on the circumstances of the product. In some cases we will have to pick it up to supply another order, or we may have to charge additional fees. In other cases we may be able to leave it there for additional time at no additional charge. Please call us if this happens and we will be able to answer your request at that time.
Q How far in advance should I place my order?
A The sooner the better. Our products are rented out on a first come first serve bases.
Q Should I place the jumper in the front or back yard?
A That depends on you. We will be happy to recommend the best spot when we arrive with the delivery.
Q Do you supply extension cords?
A We have 100 ft extension cords.

Q Do prices include tax?
A No, Taxes will be in addition to the listed prices.
Q Do you provide rentals to parks?
A Yes, but you must first contact the city / park to make arrangements to reserve the Ramada or area that you wish to use. In some cases the city / park will charge a fee. We require a drivers license and credit card from the reserving adult in order for us to leave the rented equipment.
Q Do you need a generator for rentals used at a park?
A Generally you will need a generator if you plan on using an electrical rental at a park. Some parks do have electricity available, but we do not recommend you depend on it. We require a generator as a backup for all park rentals.
