Customer Cancellation Policy

Rental inventory is based on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellation - 7 days prior to the scheduled event - No Charge
Cancellation - 4 - 6 days to schedule event - 1/2 Charge

Any cancellation with less than 3 days prior to event - A Perfect Party Rental reserves the right to charge full rental fees.

A Perfect Party Rental will call 48 and 24 hours prior to your event to confirm and re-confirm your rental.

A Perfect Party Rental reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event for safety concerns including but not limited to adverse environment or weather conditions such as rain, hail, winds, etc . . .

A Perfect Party Rental reserves the right to refuse setup if the area is deemed by A Perfect Party Rental or its Designees to be inappropriate, unsafe, or is too close of proximity for a hazard to occur.
